At a time of year when I expected businesses to be closed for the holiday period, I called the telephone number on a can of "Spot Remover". I received advice on how to proceed with the damaged area of carpet and an offer to come and look at the area. The Spot Remover worked instantly and I called back to thank the person I spoke to (Dave, I think). On my return from a Xmas spell away from home, I found a message on my machine. Dave had actually called round on Xmas Eve to check the carpet and again offered help. I consider that the success of the product and the customer care shown to be above and beyond and deserve a mention.
